No search results found

I searched Kagi for "cocoa caffeine". I got zero results.

I expected to have at least some results, given that

If you mistype a word in that request, Kagi is eager to offer you corrected version which leads to nothing
If you search for "cocoa caffeine content" then there are lots of results.

I used no lenses or filters, it was as broad search as possible.

Out of curiosity, what location did you search from? I'm searching from the UK (set to United Kingdom (GB)) and get lots of result. Search link here.

The issue has fixed itself apparently, or maybe Kagi stepped in quickly. Who's to know now.

There is no possible way that searching "electric cooler" yields absolutely nothing. Clearly a bug. Yields results in other search types (images, videos, etc.)

....find results for electric coolers....

krenn This isn't happening on my side with the UK, US, International Region.

I would suggest trying again to see if it works.

When I searched for subverting deutsch on Kagi, the search returned a “We haven't found anything” page with no results, suggestions, or related queries.

I used Kagi as normal and typed a legitimate query (subverting deutsch) into the search bar. Instead of receiving even loosely related results or alternate suggestions, Kagi showed a hard “no results” message.

Steps to replicate the issue
Go to https://kagi.com/ in a browser.
In the search bar, type: subverting deutsch
Press Enter / run the search.
Observe that Kagi shows a “We haven't found anything” message and does not display any search results or suggestions.

Return at least some relevant or related results for the query subverting deutsch, even if not an exact match.

Gilfoyle tried it again today, seems solved, but i have no idea what changed.

I had a go on International, Canada and Germany regions and got results on my end. Maybe a one-off issue?

I think we should leave this post open, because while the initial issue may or may not be solved. This issue will likely be manifesting itself in different ways for a long time.
