Well it was reproducible yesterday, but the issue appears to be gone today. I tried it multiple times (admittedly only in Firefox) as I was a bit confused by the lack of results, and I copy, and pasted into other search engines (also I just checked my history, and I don't appear to have any mistyped/misspelled searches in it).
I'm really not sure what aspects of my setup would be helpful, and I have a very odd system (sorry), but I assume it must be the backend, yes? Regardless, my setup is Firefox 91.7.0esr (64-bit) on Devuan GNU/Linux 4 (chimaera) with privacy.resistFingerprinting in the about:config set to true so my useragent usually shows up as "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; rv:91.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/91.0", and I have "uBlock Origin", "I don't care about cookies", "Block Service Workers", and a few other extensions installed. If I encounter the issue again, I will make sure to duplicate it in another (more normal) browser to make sure that it isn't my setup, but my setup doesn't cause me problems on any other sites. I accessed Kagi around March 19, 07:35 UTC plus or minus a few minutes if that is helpful. My current IP is 76.191.30.* (I don't feel comfortable posting the exact one publically, if you want the last digits I am more than happy to privately send them), and I don't believe it has changed since I made the first search.
Feel free to close this issue, and I will make sure to test from multiple browsers next time (and then create a new ticket if it occurs), but I still suspect something is happening in the backend.
Edit: my "Country/Region" is, and was set to "International".
