Time converter is buggy

I often do those conversions "x time in x city"

Example: "9 PM in Riga".

Result isn't right:

When using a VPN connection, the timezone shown in the time widget differs from the actual local system time.
It appears the widget may be determining the timezone based on IP location rather than using the true system timezone setting. This results in an incorrect time being displayed.

The quick answer feature is also different from local timezone. Just wanted to highlight this minor timezone bug.

I typed "126 hours from now" and it output the time as "30:43" which isn't possible. Screenshot attached.

I expected either 5:48pm or 17:48 Monday, February 19 as the output.

My local timezone yesterday was Thursday 15 Feb 10:56. So my query search was "2 hours from now?" and a couple of things to notice; the Quick Answer feature output was The time 2 hours from now will be Saturday, February 15, 2024 15:50:00. and yesterday was Thursday so it skipped 2 days which was not correct.

Also the timezone differs from my local timezone when using a different IP address, in this case from Romania.
My local timezone yesterday was: Thursday 15 Feb 10:56 (America/Chicago).
