Vlad It is extremely common for me, and always the first top-right image. We had a very similar CSS bug before where some images would not render at certain widths because of weird overflow semantics. So I am fairly certain it is just a CSS bug of some kind in the same vein. Would ask Georgee to check.
It is either that or a lazy loading issue, but considering its always the same image slot, I don't think so.
