More transparency from the built-in lenses

The built-in lenses are obscure with no details as to how they work. For example: which domains does the 'Programming' lens include? The 'World News' lens is almost useless (and cannot be renamed), with only 4 domains included.
The request is to make the built-in lenses more open to at least viewing (if not editing) their rules.

Many built lenses are coded with dynamic rules, which is why they can not be inspected or explained (as sites will depend on query etc..)

World news does allow inspection as it is using same rules as custom lenses. It is meant to showcase the lens mechanism and encourage users to create lenses that best work for their use case.

You can also remoe any built in lens that you do not use.

By remove any builtin lens, do you mean toggle the switch to deactivate? Because I can't find an option to delete the builtin lenses

__rej__ Correct you can deactivate it and it will not show in the lens menu in main results.
