Unexpected nudity when searching for a Zelda game

I searched for  “majora”, as in Zelda: Majora’s Mask, and … well , the sidebar featured an image and article titled “labia majora” pulled from Wikipedia.

There’s roughly 900 other articles on Wikipeida containing that word in the title. I had expected to see any one of those before this one.

DA Hey there, thanks for reporting - could you confirm your current Kagi node in the control center (based on your previous reports, europe-west?), and what search region you have selected? Trying to reproduce but no dice yet.

(from this recent post I found out that he is using the Norway region and connecting to europe-west2)
@z64 can kind of reproduce it, as it appears in the third position:

but majoras mask is the first result for me
in other regions the result "labia majora" does not pop up in the top 10 (well top "however many results you fetch for pinning")

EUROPE-WEST2 and Norway, yes.

I no longer see the Wikipedia widget when searching for “majora”.

Right now, I get 2 naked/genital, but nonsexual, pictures from Wikimedia about 'labia majora' in the picture search at about place #50 with both family filters turned on, for what it's worth.
