I recently searched for "jordnötssmör translate", which provided translate.google.at as first search result. On the one hand I don't think that google translate works well as a dictionary, on the other the search location was set to Germany. If a Google service, then I'd have expected the German one to turn up there.
Ideally google translate/bing translate/etc, which are services by your sources should not end up being the top result for such a query. A dictionary would be a much better source. And ideally the translation would already be provided in the search result.
