Custom CSS not applied to settings page

Steps to reproduce:

Paste:

:root {
    --background-color: red;
}

Expected behavior:
Red background on settings pages.

nacre-acerbity-coot It is not a bug, it is a feature (so that the user can undo/turn off css if it messes up display)

Could you maybe just add some information on CSS page, so there'll be no confusion?

Vlad It wouldn't hurt to make it totally clear and add: "Does not apply to settings page."
