On macos Sonoma 14.1, in Safari 17.1, visit "kagi.com".
I expected the kagi favicon to be displayed in both the URL bar and on the tab.
The kagi favicon is displayed correctly in the URL bar, but it is not displayed in the tab itself.
In this screenshot, I have highlighted the correct favicon in the URL bar and its absence in the tab.
gwynforthewyn Interesting it seems to be a Safari issue? as it seems to work fine in other browsers (tried Orion/Chrome/Firefox).
Anyone have any idea is there something we could do about this?
I have this exact problem as well on Safari Version 17.1 (19616.2.9.11.7) with macOS Sonoma. I do see the favicon on iPadOS if I look at the same, synced tabs there.
