All Kagi results are from treasurydirect.gov and mediocre. Both Google and StartPage show Investopedia or personal finance sources that provide actionable guidance and high quality information to answer the question

partlycloudy When you say 'all' do you mean above the fold? Because when I scroll bit down I get a diverse set of results. We tend to group results from the same domain one after the other which can sometimes cause the effect you see.

Vlad yes investopedia does show up after all the treasury direct results and yes I can use the Raise button to bump up sites I like. Just letting you know that the out of box first set of results were not adequate compared to other search engines.

Vlad also I noticed that all the treasury direct results were NOT indented/grouped even though I have the Group switch turned on? This works fine for other searches. Weird

Google has a Quick Answer that answers the question. Organic results are from Quora and other sites that directly speak to the intent of the question. Kagi seems to weigh official government sites heavily around obtaining a visa but that's not the intent of my question. I am seeking guidance from real humans in my situation.

I have been using Kagi for over a month now and even signed up for the Ultimate plan for a year. For the most part, Kagi works for my needs but obviously I don't double-check Google for every Kagi search that I do. But when I do check Google, I find myself (grudgingly) acknowledging that Google still gets the intent of my query just right and presents the most appropriate results.

Vlad I should have taken a screenshot, my results yesterday were not what I see right now, it matches your screenshot. I will be sure to take screenshots with my feedback going forward.

What post title would you like me to use when reporting poor search results? I don't see a way to edit it

partlycloudy For the first reported issue it would be something like "Too many results for a single site" ot something similar that describes the problem you are encountering. The results were not "poor", it was just they were pushed below the fold by the above. Closing this for now.
