I searched for a query that is (apparently) frequently exploited by worthless SEO web sites. I went through the results and blocked all of the useless ones. Kagi also chose one of these spammy web sites as the "confident answer" (which is not useful in this case because it merely restates the plain English definition of the thing I searched for). There was no block button on the "confident answer", so I manually went into preferences and blocked that domain it used as a source, usglobalmail.com. However, after repeating the search, the same domain is still used to provide the same "confident answer". (As expected, the other blocked domains no longer appear in the main results.)
I think a domain should not be included as a "confident answer", at the top of the page - or at all - if it has been blocked.
