This is good, but can it be implemented using a more "native" solution? Like making the suggestion an <a> element? The reason for that is because, at least in Firefox, you can change the default behavior of Ctrl+click and chose if you are going to switch to the tab immediately, while Kagi is forcing to switch to the newly opened tab.
My use case is that I like to open the tabs in background to check later without diverging my attention a lot.
