Having the ability to block/pin domains from the results is, in my opinion, absolutely a killer feature that would convince me to stay on Kagi just for it.
The domain stats page (as asked here https://kagifeedback.org/d/1098-a-page-for-a-list-of-sites-that-are-blockedpreferred-by-lots-of-users ) is a nice to have, since we can easily act on those domains for our own account.
But we still need to do the job for every single domain we want to add to our Personalized Results (no matter if it's block/pin...) and for example just to get rid of pinterest in the image results, I found it cumbersome.
It would be nice to be able to easily import/export a list of domains in our respective lists (blocked, pinned...).
In a informal way at first : people would share their own lists on GitHub or whatever, like its done for uBlock Origin or other extensions like that.
But like @Browsing6853 suggested for the bangs on https://kagifeedback.org/d/481-open-source-community-maintained-bang-repository we could also imagine having a community driven repository of domains lists from which Kagi users could pick to quickly fill their Personalized Results and take advantage of the filtering work done by previous users.
