Show complete title inside crystal orb, or make it possible to expand the title with a click

The colored top part inside the crystal orb popup with the title is pretty but not very useful because it's basically what is already shown in the results page + 1 or 2 words depending on display size. It would be useful to use it to show the complete title, or make the title expandable with a click on it, or even make just the three dots clickable.

To be honest, I don't think that allowing to see the complete title is a small thing, see examples of links with partial titles aren't enough.

In the meanwhile, another idea specific for Desktops would be just making the text box on hover better (which also doesn't show anything at all when using lens or the "news" tab):

I don't have the search terms from the other screenshots, but it's not that hard to find a search result that could have informed much more (and maybe stopped you from clicking) if the title was complete. This is specially true for news headlines when you use broad terms in the search.
