Kagi's results are worse than Google's when searching for active pharmaceutical ingredients/medication.
Steps to reproduce:
Search for "Chlorzoxazone" with Kagi: https://kagi.com/search?q=Chlorzoxazone
On the first results page, you will find sites that at first glance look like online pharmacies (but not very professional ones), but provide online contacts to doctors who prescribe medicines that are then to be sent via the somewhat shady site (e.g. https://www.expressdoktor.com/chlorzoxazone/ or https://www.sanix24.com/chlorzoxazone-muskelrelaxans/). There are also sites displaying chemical/medical information that seems to be harvested elsewhere. High-quality search results – even those from higher-ranked domains – appear sporadically on subsequent pages.
Search for "Chlorzoxazone" on Google: https://www.google.com/search?q=Chlorzoxazone
The first two pages of results is populated only with academic information regarding chlorzoxazone, established medical information providers and information from chemical companies. On page three, the results get worse, the same examples as mentioned above start to appear.
Expected behavior:
Kagi Search outperforms Google Search, focus on higher quality results
Higher ranked domains appear higher than some random online "pharmacies" with a mailbox address in the Caribbean.
