Unfortunately myself or anyone on the team has been unable to reproduce, including on the same browser/OS. I'm currently unsure what would be a good next step to get more info.
The good news is we are removing this section, as we plan to shift to $10 for unlimited searches soon, so this may be moot. If you need to adjust it in the meantime, possibly try in another browser?
We will continue to monitor this ticket in case anyone else is able to reproduce / bring more details. Do let us know if it happens with any other form on the site.
