httpjames If I start a fresh search for "airvpn" from my browser's search bar or the Kagi homepage, I get the Expected Behavior.
If I now change the region filter with these results up, the results are refreshed with a referral link as the top result.
I noticed that your search results were filtered for Canada but this may not matter. I see the above pattern even if I start with Canada as my default region (Settings) then change the filter to something else..
