Off-topic Wikipedia results when pinned

I'm observing odd Wikipedia results for certain search queries when it (Wikipedia) is pinned in domain personalization. For example, I've been directed to Llanfairpwllgwyngyll many times as the top search result for wholly unrelated queries. There's often no common text between the matched article and the search query, leaving me with very little understanding of why it's happening. It's possible I've observed this more with shorter (even single word) queries.

Steps to reproduce:
Pin en.wikipedia.org in domain personalization settings (I suspect).

Expected behavior:
Return relevant results to search queries.

I queried for arch filesystem nvme on Aug 12th which displayed https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Louis_IV,_Grand_Duke_of_Hesse as the top result. I figured it was my own fault for pinning Wikipedia, so did not bother reporting a bug. It appears to have been fixed now.

rafalcieslak As a side note, I saw this exact Wikipedia page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Louis_IV,_Grand_Duke_of_Hesse very often on DuckDuckGo after like 20–30 results, even though this page never was relevant for my search query, this on
seems to be favored by search engines for whatever reason.

EDIT: just saw the pageviews for this article, they seem rather high for this article.
These page views are only for "en.wikipedia.org", meanwhile for "de.wikipedia.org" (where this Louis IV lived, so it may be more relevant there) has only 100-300 (more like 100-200, 300 are very rare) views per day. I guess this may support my suspicion that this page is liked by search engines.
