Steps to reproduce:
Search for avon in vet clinic and avon indiana vet clinic to compare results.

Expected behavior:
When in is paired with a common or major city name, infer that in is an abbreviation for Indiana and show location based results.

theDoctor Yes it does seem to be the case. To be fair we still do a decent job even with 'avon in' with most results still relevant.

This is one of those things that is hard to get right. It took Google 25 years to get there. Using Indiana to specify local in this case will have to do it for now.
