Add Universal Summarizer support to Kagi Extension

Idea: Display output of the Universal Summarizer (US) when a user clicks the Kagi extension icon.

Optionally, incorporate the settings and Discuss Further/Key Moments options to maintain feature parity with the web page.
Optionally, provide an option when right-clicking a link to open a new tab with the US for the right-clicked link.

Value: Reduce friction to use the US for web pages outside of Kagi search results - enabling such with a single click, in contrast to requiring the user to open the US in a new tab and paste the URL over.

Nice! Will try it out and share any feedback. Works out of the box on Chrome for me - ability to click a button to Discuss Further in a new tab would be helpful esp given the early stage of the summarization tech; I'm finding so far that the summary is a bit of a 60/40 if the article has some nuance, but that the ability to ask a couple pointed questions helps significantly.

Chrome extension that can summarize the page you're on, or can perform other LLM behaviors such as allowing questions to be asked about the page.

To add to this, what Bing does with their whole side page I think is even better (see below) since it just seems more integrated and less clumsy (idk how to describe it)
