Screen flashes white when searching on ipadOS with extension before entering darkmode

Steps to reproduce:
open a new tab with the extension at night while dark mode is on
whole screen flashes white
dark kagi website loads

Expected behavior:
kagi page opens in night mode without a bright white flash, like builtin search to safari does

bs This a part of Apple Safari's limitation (you can not really set a customs earch engine in Safari)

Can you change you search provider to DDG in Safari to see if that helps? Alternately you can use Orion browser for Kagi on iOS with Kagi built in.
