Currently, the crystal ball popup is fixed in the screen if you hover the mouse above it, just like if you clicked on it, and you need to click outside the popup to close it. I think this behaviour is not intuitive because people see the popup as a type of preview, similar to when you hover the mouse in some URL to see where it will redirect you. The best would be to maintain the behaviour of clicks but make the mouse hover display a temporary popup that will disapear when the mouse moves away from the crystal ball icon.
