Atm on mobile to get to the filters you have to open the settings, adjust the filters and then close the settings again for them to take effect. Having done so a few times now I find it to be rather inconvenient and unintuitive.
Imo filters should be displayed on the same page as the search, below the categories (web, news, etc)
