Currently on the https://kagi.com/settings?p=user_ranked page, if you want to edit a personalized result, you have to delete and re-add the same domain. It'd be nice if the "type" field had a dropdown for editing the type.
Also, if instead of "delete and re-add" you do "add and delete", all of the entries for that domain will be removed instead of just the one you clicked on. In the below image, clicking the red X next to either of the stackexchange.com domains will remove both.
