Steps to reproduce:
- On the search result page, click the shield next to a search result and click the 'Lower' button.
- Click the 'Raise' button.
- Navigate to the Personalized Results settings page.
- Observe that the domain is listed twice.
Expected behavior:
The domain should only be listed once. Changing a domain's rank should replace the previous setting.
Furthermore, the Add Domains settings page should only add a domain once if it is listed multiple times in the text area. (Also, very nitpicky, but the text area on that page shouldn't include a space character when the page first loads.)
