I probably experience the same thing for Czechia regional search. I tried your exact query and found this:
The translation of the search result (taken from the site itself I reckon) is beyond unreadable (related to an other issue?), and the page itself obviously doesn't contain anything even remotely related to the query.
But I'm getting such results (with various TLD) on almost any at least somewhat specific topic. Doesn't seem to be happening with the international search (but I rarely switch to it). It's always a few (depending on query) relevant results and then there's something completely unrelated/sketchy.
Seems to be a new issue, for me at least.
