Subdomains ignored in Personalized Results with regional search

Hello. I use the personalized results to raise subdomains of some websites, namely en.wikipedia.org. When using regional results, though, the regional version of the website is ranked first, and incorrectly marked as raised. I noticed this behaviour since at least a week ago, previously everything was working fine.

Steps to reproduce:

Raise en.wikipedia.org ranking using the crystal orb icon
Set a region different from "international" (for example: "spain")
Search for "mozart wiki"
Result: Regional wiki page is the first entry, the orb icon incorrectly states that the regional entry (es: es.wikipedia.org) is raised

Expected behavior:
The en.wikipedia.org page should be the first entry

Set region to "Ukraine"
Raise uk.wikipedia.org
Lower ru.wikipedia.org
Search for "SSH"

Expected behavior:

Article on uk.wikipedia.org appears as top result, article on ru.wikipedia.org is demoted

Actual behavior:

Article on ru.wikipedia.org is the top result, and displayed with a green ranking adjustment
BTW the "Personalized results" tab of the settings shows correct domain statuses. But the search results show any wikipedia domain as raised (even those I didn't explicitly raise)

Hello. Sorry for bringing this up again but I'm still experiencing the problem even after the new release. The raised subdomain result is consistently buried compared to the regional result. I attached two screenshots, one for spanish and one for italian. (By the way in the italian search the main english wikipedia result is not even the mozart page but the "mozart effect" page).
This is something happening in the last months, previously personalized results worked perfectly for me.
