When I search for (in quotes):
"You can re-scan an image with stale or archived metadata by pulling that image"
The results include a top result that I'd expect to see (a Google cloud documentation page) which does contain the phrase, and then several other pages (11 results total), that do not actually contain the quoted phrase.

I tried re-running the search without special characters:
"You can rescan an image with stale or archived metadata by pulling that image"
But this ends up with different results (no Google documentation page), and still includes pages that do not include the full quoted phrase.

The same results occur on Kagi mobile (1.0.37, Android 16).
If I search for:
"You can re-scan an image with stale or archived"
The results appear as expected (only pages with the quoted phrase show up).
When I search for:
"You can re-scan an image with stale or archived metadata"
The results include inaccurate results again.
I would expect the search results to only include pages that have the exact quoted phrase, as noted in the results minitext:
Showing results containing exact quoted keywords only
