Research (Experimental) — I have not tested other models — was unable to read a multi-sheet .xlsx file I uploaded, only reading the cover page. It quoted the librarian tool "only returning the cover page information". I would expect it to be able to read any size .xlsx file with multiple sheets, so long as it is below the upload file size limit.
