RoxyRoxyRoxy the current privacy rating isn't particularly useful. While a 1-5 star rating makes sense for speed and quality (metrics with inherent granularity), there is no obvious indication as to what makes a 5 star privacy rating better than a 4 star (or for that matter, how a 5 star is better than a 1 star).
If you don't want to add an explanation, then either remove the rating entirely or replace it with a simple "yes/no" or "bad, good, great" ratings.
