I use Translate daily, and today I found that the user interface is in Dutch regardless of what the settings say. The computer’s locale is English, but the region is the Netherlands.
The web browser is Edge, running on Windows 11. I could not reproduce the same behavior on other operating systems. Just to mention, the browser is managed by my company, which may be related to this behavior.
The user interface language respects the user settings.
