Weird SEO Search Result when searching for "Zenni Canada"

The top search result for "Zenni Canada" is eyebuydirect.ca, a competitor.

I honestly thought it was a sponsored ad.

Would there be some SEO trick they're using that's fooling Kagi?

The #1 search result for Zenni Canada should be ... Zenni Canada? ca.zennioptical.com

I'm unable to repro, I see competitors but they're all below the Zenni site. Are you able to consistently replicate this?

I can reproduce with the region set to CA. Set to International, Zenni is the top result

I tested all search engines, and it looks like the source is Google.

Why does Kagi ignore their ranking;

and follow exactly their ranking;
