I’m unable to add new domains to Personalize Results. If I perform a search and then click on the shield next to a result and then click “raise” or “pin”, the ranking adjustment doesn’t persist if I reload the search page (the icon next to the domain is the default shield and the adjustment isn’t listed in Settings › User Ranked). If I perform a bulk add in Settings, the domains I tried to add do not appear in the list of domains.
I expected the domains whose rankings I adjusted to appear in Settings › User Ranked and to be ranked higher in search results.
