Select all threads should select only threads matching the filtered tag in the sidebar

If you go into a subset of Assistant threads, for example, those tagged with "Coding". Then you click on the three dots and choose "Select threads", and then you click the "All" checkbox, it selects all your threads, even those that are not tagged with "Coding".

It should select only the threads that are visible on the sidebar.

Nice catch, though I'm going to change your title as at first glance it looks like you want thread selection based on scroll position (what's literally in view of the sidebar)
