Currently Kagi translate is a self contained mobile app. This request is for adding a mobile keyboard to the app. This allows users to achieve multiple use cases
- Translate text/audio input that can be given as input directly anywhere.
- Proofread written text (similar to Grammarly) anywhere.
A mobile keyboard extends accessibility of translate. It would allow users to use features of Kagi Translate anywhere in their mobile without leaving their apps. For example, if users can do translations and proofreading when they are
- Writing emails
- Using social media
- Texting
Grammarly has a mobile keyboard which helps with proofreading and writing. A similar keyboard support that also had translate functionality with Kagi’s privacy would be awesome!
