While setting up and customising the Kagi Translate (Chrome) extension on Orion, I deactivated three of the Context Menu options, as per the below screenshot.
These deactivations didn't carry over to the Kagi Translate extension settings.
In case this is just an Orion bug, I have reported this separately here. But I thought the carrying over of the setting specifically might be related to solely the extension.
