In long Assistant threads, pasting large amounts of content results in attached text files that repeatedly use the same name: message.txt.
When I try to retrieve the content of the most recent pasted item, Assistant retrieves the first one (the initial message.txt file created), not the last.
I would expect the assistant to retrieve the most recently pasted content if I ask it to, not the first one from many messages earlier.
