Sign in with Apple fails on this forum.

I came here to give feedback on a quick response. But was unable to log in with Apple signin.

I simply came here, and clicked on the Apple ID sign-in button.

I was presented with the usual Apple sign in dialog, but only for about a quarter of a second. Then it disappeared, a new tab was opened in my browser (Safari for MacOS 26.2 on an M1 MacBook Air). The window went dark for a few seconds, then the new tab was automatically closed, and I was left in the original tab, with no Apple ID dialog box showing.

I'd expect Apple ID login to behave normally.

Instead I logged in with GitHub., which went just fine.

Now I want to make a screen recording, so I have to log out. Apparently I can't use the "Save draft" button.

Hmm, fourth time lucky, and I'm logged in with Apple. The only difference I can tell is that I moved the tab to a window of its own, in order to record the failed login!

The attached video is a bit long; the first three minutes show me struggling with the Save draft feature! Then it shows two login failures. The second shows the tab behaviour more clearly.

Iane I can't see the video, are you able to upload it elsewhere? We're aware of the issues with save draft btw 🙂
