On the document translation page of kagi translate it says the following:
1) "Up to 100MB and 40K characters"
2) "Upgrade to Ultimate for 20MB file support".
The Kagi documentation site says:
"You can translate documents up to 150 MB and 60k characters"
When uploading a docx file of 23.4mb i get the error "Document exceeds 40,000 characters (found 259,702)."
When uploading a docx file of 9.82MB (22k char) i get the error "Text is too long. Maximum length is 20000 characters."
I am paying for ultimate.
Limits should be clearly stated and documents within these limits should successfully translate.
On mobile there should be a clear error modal as currently I just get "Translation Failed. Please try again."
Upgrade to Ultimate icon should not appear as I am paying for ultimate.
