Universal Summarizer Outage?

I'm using the Universal Summarizer on a series of YouTube videos. I was able to summarize 8 videos, but now I'm getting "Sorry, a problem occurred while processing your request. Please try again later." errors.

Generate a summary of the YouTube video

This seems to be specific to YouTube. If I ask for summaries of several YouTube videos in a row, I start getting errors from Universal Summarizer. I can often get summaries of other content.
