Oh wow, now this is unexpected. Google Translate shows up high because the pages seen are spanish-translated versions of English pages. For instance, the first one is "Wild Rice" on Wikipedia, but translated.
As an interim solution try lowering google translate, and raising es.wikipedia.org.
