Vlad Yea, we're missing the tooltip attribute on these titles - it should be added. In OPs case, there is more title text in the DOM, it is cut by CSS.

Not the full title, but more than is shown in the other screenshot.

I think the main point is that hovering over the title doesn't show title-text popup of any kind — if I am browsing in a narrow window for example, the image result title is even more truncated, but nothing happens on hover:
