Recently, on two separate occasions, I came across hallucinated search results. A heads up warning here is that example searches I will be giving below are expected to return mildly erotic/NSFW content.
The first search phrase was "Spohame figure", which should bring results with a semi-nude anime figure. Kagi finds as the top result the page https://brzozow.przemyska.pl/goods/20685932.html

Indeed, looking at the title, description, star ratings below the description, and the /goods/20685932.html part of the URL, it looks like a valid result that presumably points to an online store. However, the domain https://brzozow.przemyska.pl actually belongs to some parish in Poland and - as you might guess - it does not host any information about NSFW anime figures. And of course, clicking the link results in a 404.
This is one case that I was able to document. A similar situation happened several days ago when searching for phrase "mon-mon candy artbook". This should find an artbook (again, NSFW content), but instead resulted in four hallucinated results. These results again had a validly looking description and the path on the server, but the domains were completely random, belonging to companies in Germany and somewhere in Asia. Sadly, I haven't taken a screenshot, and attempting to reproduce this now produces entirely valid results.
