Frank Kagi Translate can only be used after downloading as long as it's not closed. After reopening, it reports "no connection". Deleting and reinstalling only fixes the problem until it's closed again. iPhone 13 Pro iOS 26.2 I want it to work
Ratik @Frank Hi! We're aware of this issue and looking into it. Few questions: Did you login and then see this issue or does it happen even if you never login? If you did login, what subscription type do you have? Pro, Family, Ultimate, etc
Frank The problem also occurred without an account login. A login for it didn't work anyway. I have a starter subscription.
