Kagi macOS app LocalStorage file gets huge, over 100 GB!

My Mac was running low on disk space and I noticed that the Kagi macOS app was taking up a ton of space. There's a file called localstorage.sqlite3-wal that grew to over 100GB!

The file is located here:
~/Library/WebKit/com.kagi.kagimacOS/WebsiteData/Default/[somehash]/LocalStorage/localstorage.sqlite3-wal

The file does purge itself after I close my browser (Orion).

I'd expect this file to not balloon to many GB's in size.

When you say macOS app, I assume you mean a PWA you've installed using Orion? Is this one for Assistant?

Not sure what a PWA. I don't use any of Kagi's assistant features, I only use it as my default search engine in Orion (my browser).

Here's a screenshot of what's going on. The browser became nearly unusable - slow and laggy, can't input credentials, can't type text, etc.

MrE How long does it take to grow to this size? If it's not too much to ask, would you mind driving it in Safari for however long it takes? That way we can rule out a browser bug as being the cause.

It takes a day or so for it to grow this large.

I'll use Safari next week and report back.
