For the past few days it has been very hard to reach all categories - when swiping along the tab bar on mobile (at the bottom here), it reorders the categories instead of scrolling the bar, and only once in maybe 50 tries I can grab the actual bar.
I would expect that reordering (something I do very, very rarely) is done in a settings page, while the category scrolling is stable for everyday use.
