I've seen several users run into the problem where (for whatever reason) their web access is turned off. If the user asked something about looking up a site or do a search, it can't do it obv. But the assistant should be able to give the UI a signal that it should highlight the web search button so the users know what to do. Some people don't know that's what that button does, def if it's already off
