yiwei-1 Sure, you can also just share the ID without sharing the whole thread. We only need the thread ID to check whether there are any errors associated with it in the error logs.
yiwei-1 dreifach Unfortunately this appears to be an issue on the model provider’s side (it’s taking longer than expected or getting stuck in reasoning stage). We didn’t see any errors in our logs.
