Currently in Kagi News you can select the reading level for a specific story to very simple, simple, and normal which is useful for simplifying complex topics. For example, maybe in the science category I can set the default text to simple but for the sports category I keep it at normal.
So maybe somewhere within the content filtering setting you can have a category for very simple, simple and normal. You can place different categories in each of the text types.
