Whether I use the Quick assistant or my own custom ones the output is broken for all special characters like ä, ö, ü or ß. I discovered that this happens once I fill the information for the Quick assistant or Custom assistant about how it should talk to me and what it should keep in mind about me when doing so.
In reverse I've deleted the information for the Quick assistant and then the same query output which was broken before now looks fine again.
Output special characters are interpreted correctly.
